We were at the door before open. When we came in stylist Courtney registered someone she knew 1st. This is not right or fair, and yes I tried registering online up until 9:01. When we walked in the door it already showed his name before we could register online. It kept showing store not open when I tried online . So fair treatment for Everyone please!

Came in and requested specific stylist, Lisa. Gentlemen, Jo K, came in after me and requested first available. Not only did he complain about the sign in process, he was taken back by Lisa before me. I then got bumped back another 28 minutes. The computerized sign in process is failing you. Please review your process. (314) 303-0080
